GePRA hosted The Wings For Life World Run’s team captain's meeting today. Preparations for the World Run have started.
Wings for Life World Run 2016 will be held in Kakheti for the third time and GEPRA is a Partner of the event again.
The Wings for Life World Run will be held in Kakheti on May 8th.
A memorandum was signed between Folk Song International Centre and The Folklore State Centre of Georgia, in order to support “The Schools of Folklore State Centre”, promote cooperation between the parties, maintain folklore in the regions of Georgia, and to care about development.
Anzor Erkomaishvili gifted the collection of Georgian folk songs and monography of Georgian bandmasters to The Folklore Centre of Georgia.
On February 29, a press conference was held about rare diseases at “Radisson Blue Iveria”. The meeting was supported by the Foundation for Genetic and Rare Diseases, the Union of PIP patients and GEPRA.
Pilot training on Implementation of Women’s Empowerment Principles, developed by UN Women and UN Global Compact, and was held for the CSR club’s members. Co-organizers of the training were UN Women in Georgia and the CSR Club.
The event "Golden Steering Wheel 2016" took place in Kachreti, at the hotel "Ambassador". The event organizers were “Motor Sports Federation” and the magazine "Auto Bild Georgia". The presenter was GM tuning.
In the competition "Your Favorite Speed Racer" held by GM Tuning on its official Facebook page, Archil Bidzinashvili won through the majority of votes. During the awarding ceremony the winner was rewarded with a 2000 GEL gift voucher for the company's service center.
The summit on the topic of public relations, organized by Deem Communications, will take place in the American University of Armenia on 8-10th of April. Gepra’s senior partner Kakha Magradze is invited to the event. He will speak about Georgian PR projects, companies’ strategic management methods, trends and challenges of the future.
CSR club members’ meeting took place in the hotel “Holliday INN” on the 20th of February. At the meeting, the action plan of 2016 was approved, current issues were discussed and new members were added to the club.
Gepra continues informational campaign of Pulmonary Fibrosis, which has been joined by many organizations. The campaign aims to raise public awareness of rare diseases about Pulmonary Fibrosis, in order to timely diagnosis and therapy availability. Recall, that the disease is priority of the year among the rare diseases.
Because of the shortage of time we cannot visit training rooms. At work, it’s difficult for us to sit at the computer for a long time. Gepra’s staff always advises one other to “MOVE”, from which came the idea for the campaign - “WORKOUT”.

UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, which encourages people, society and the market for sustainable and inclusive global economy. Gepra had joined UN Global Compact in 2007 and remains a member.
