GEPRA finished working on the logo for interior design and accessories home Room Design. Our designer, Irma Shonia, developed logo and it’s visualization based on the brand concept.
On February 8th, meeting and discussion was held in Ilia State University regarding excise tax increase on beer.
Reasons of tax increase on beer, connections between the issue and EU Association Agreement and expected result were discussed by Nikoloz Khundzakishvili, Director of Corporate Affairs of company “Natakhtari” and Kakha Paichadze, Commerce Director of company “Zedazeni”.
On February 12th, meeting and discussion was held at Radisson Blu Iveria regarding increase of excise on bear. Analysts and experts of economy, representatives of government and beer production participated in the discussion.
The negative impact of increase of excise on beer was discussed during the meeting. In frames of the meeting analysts of Georgian Infrastructure Projects Initiative, Levan Kalandadze and Irakli Lekvinadze presented the results of analytical research regarding increase of excise on beer.
On February 10th, the presentation of the results of analytical research regarding increase of excise on beer was held at Radisson Blu Iveria by Georgian Infrastructure Projects Initiative. The goal of the research was to assess (a) the effect of increase of excise on bear on Bear Producers and Importers, (b) consumer behavior and (c) development of Beer Business in the country. It is important to mention, that the research which is prepared by non-profit entity Georgian Infrastructure Projects Initiative, is not representing the view of any company working in the Beer Industry.
The research was conducted by the request of Association of Producers of Non-alcoholic Drinks.
The result of the research was presented by the analysts of Georgian Infrastructure Projects Initiative, Levan Kalandadze and Irakli Lekvinadze.
Nino Subeliani, Senior Consultant at Gepra delivered training in Strategic Communication for the employees of city councils. Media relations, presentation skill, preparing of press release and other content, anti-crisis communication, event monitoring were the topics for training. Training continued for two days.
On February 4th, for the celebration of World Day of Fighting with Breast Cancer, special event was organized in frames of Breast Cancer Targeted Therapy Availability Supporting Information Campaign - “Target for Life”. Organizer of the event is a coalition - Europa Donna Georgia.
The goal of the event is to inform society about efficiency of targeted therapy during Breast Cancer and to support the campaign for increasing of targeted therapy availability.

Director of Foodpanda Georgia, Giga Kerkadze and Director of Pita Fresh, Jaba Siamashvili, attended the ceremony of the opening of the brunch.
Every guest, attending the ceremony was offered free service and some gifts for the kids.
In scopes of the project “ you have right to know it” trainings were held in Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda. The theme of the training was: social media and blogging.
The trainer was social media manager, at PR and Marketing Communications Company Gepra, Zura Balanchivadze.
Trainings also were held on 9th of January n Akhaltsikhe and on 10th of January in Akhalkalaki.
The project is implemented with the help of Union of Democrat Meskhs and with the sponsorship of Electoral systems development, reforms and training center.
